Email addresses – Only when you voluntarily sign up for a resource, email course, or newsletter.
Basic site analytics – We use Umami, a privacy-respecting analytics tool that tracks general site usage without identifying you.

To send you the resource(s) or emails you requested
To occasionally let you know about new privacy tools, content, or updates
That’s it. We don’t rent, sell, or share your data with anyone else.

Where Your Data Is Stored

This website is hosted on Netlify, with servers located in the United States. If you live outside the U.S., your data may be transferred and processed there.

Email addresses are stored securely by MailerLite, our email provider. They comply with European data protection laws and offer unsubscribe links in every email.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your email address until:

You unsubscribe (via the link in any email), or
You ask us to delete it

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request corrections or deletion
Withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time

We don’t use third-party cookies or tracking scripts.
We only use Umami to collect anonymous usage stats—like which pages are popular and what devices are used—without tracking or profiling individual users.
